Judith Judith Ankoué
Introduction
Judith Ankoué is a French soprano born in 1993. In 2022, she obtained her Master’s degree from the Haute École de Musique of Geneva, under the tutelage of soprano Susanne Schimmack. In 2022–2023, she participated in the “Debussy promotion” project of the Académie Philippe Jaroussky in Paris. Her roles include Fiordiligi in Mozart’s Così fan tutte at Opéra de Lausanne (2021), Marcellina in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro at Theater im Delphi (Berlin, 2019), and solo soprano in Poulenc’s Stabat Mater at Victoria Hall of Geneva (2019). In 2022, she won third prize in the Melody and Lieder category of the first international competition for African voices (Paris, 2022), and in 2023, she won the Festival of Lussan prize in the 15ème Concours international de la mélodie de Gordes competition. Ankoué teaches singing at a conservatoire.
