Josipa Bilić

Josipa Bilić is a Croatian soprano born in 1997. She studied at the Zagreb Academy of Music under Professor Lidija Horvat-Dunjko, and graduated in 2021. She currently participates in the Opera Studio of the Croatian National Theatre. Bilić is the winner of the 12th Froville International Baroque Singing Competition, where she also secured a recording deal with Ensemble I Gemelli. Her opera roles include Amore in Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice, Despina in Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Ilia in Mozart’s Idomeneo, Papagena in Mozart’s The Magic Flute, Gretel in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, and the title role in Massenet’s Cendrillon.
