Emilia Utter is a Swedish soprano born in in 1995. She graduated from the Royal College of Music in London in 2022. In the spring of 2023, she made her soloist debut at Folkoperan in Stockholm in Judith by Malin Bång. The following autumn, she made her debut at Konserthuset, Stockholm, performing with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra under the lead of Peter Nordahl. Utter has given concerts since 2013, at venues such as The Victoria and Albert Museum, challenging the conventions of musical performance and removing the boundaries that separate music and art. Utter creates her own songs and arrangements, builds programmes with different genres and themes, and explores new ways to perform classical music. She has also performed as a soloist for the Swedish royal family, including at the 80th birthday celebration of Queen Silvia of Sweden in 2023 at Lilla Akademien.
