Homepage Aksel Daveyan Aksel Daveyan Introduction Aksel Daveyan is an Armenian baritone born in 1995. He studied at the Yerevan State Conservatory and Arno Babajanyan Musical Pedagogical College. He is currently a member of the International Opera Studio of the Zürich Opera House. His performances include Donizetti’s Viva la Mamma in 2023, and Puccini’s Tosca, 2022–23, at the Zürich Opera House, and the world premiere of Mansurian’s Hymnus in Brno, in 2022. He has performed in concerts in Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, Poland, Russia, Belgium, and Switzerland. In 2023, he won second prize in the Queen Sonja Singing Competition.
