Jussi Juola

Jussi Juola is a Finnish bass-baritone, born in 1987. He graduated from the Oulu University of Applied Sciences and is now continuing his studies at the Dresden Carl Maria von Weber College of Music. He has attended many masterclasses with renowned Lied singers, and has reached the finals of numerous Lieder competitions – testimony to his love for this genre of singing. In a Lieder competition in Dresden he was awarded a special prize in for the best performance of modern music.
