Sung Hwan Park

Sung Hwan Park (b. 1991) is a baritone from Korea. He studied singing at the Kyung Hee University, where he has recently obtained his master’s degree. He has won prizes at numerous music competitions in South Korea, and also won the second prize at the Korea Classical Singers Association Competition in 2016. His first opera role was in a 2017 production of Spring and Child Monk at the Korea National Opera. Since then he has appeared as Marcello in Puccini’s La Bohème in a performance with the Bucheon Philharmonic Orchestra. Last year he was selected to participate in the New York International Opera Audition Project in Asia region audition.
