Juliana Zara

Juliana Zara is a soprano from the USA, born in 1993. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin. In September 2019, she will join the Opera Studio at the Bayerische Staatsoper for their 2019/2020 season. She has performed Poulenc’s monologue opera La voix humaine, the role of Arminda in Mozart’s La finta giardiniera, Armida in Handel’s Rinaldo and Flaminia in Haydn’s Il mondo della luna. She was the soloist in the 2017 performance of Clerambault’s Orphéé at the Boston Early Music Festival. As a soloist with orchestra she has appeared in the USA and Germany.
