Clarice Granado is a Swedish soprano born in 1997. She has a broad interest in music and dance, and she is currently studying at the Stockholm University of the Arts, completing her Master’s this June. Before that, she studied musical theatre at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Notable performances include Un paggio in Verdi’s Rigoletto at Kungliga Operan in Stockholm, Villa-Lobos’ Bachianas brasileiras no 5 at the Queen Silvia concert hall in Stockholm, and a concert with the symphony orchestra of the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, under conductor Tobias Ringborg at Kungasalen. In July 2022, she sang the lead role, Gelinda, in Pollarolo’s Il Colore Fa La Regina at the Vadstena Akademien, Sweden, and in 2021, Fauré’s Requiem at Engelbrekt church.
